Telekomunikacja Polska SA begins business activity

Privatisation and listings in Warsaw and London (GDR)

2000

Consortium of France Telecom and Kulczyk Holding SA becomes strategic partner of TP (35% shareholding)

September 2001

Consortium increases share ownership to 47.5%

2006

PTK Centertel, the mobile arm of TP Group, launches services under the Orange brand

Centertel takes pole position in the Polish mobile market, by both volume and value share
