TP Group owns a number of thriving subsidiary ventures in the Internet and IT field.
Contact Center Sp. z o.o. was established in September 1999. Initially, it operated as TP Internet, offering modern integrated internet solutions to both institutional and individual clients.
Since 2002, the Company has concentrated on providing telemarketing services for the TP Group and external clients. Contact Center specialises in telesales, telemarketing, customer relations and market research solutions as well as business consulting and virtual contact center services.
In 2009, the Company’s name was changed from TP Internet to Contact Center. At present, it has 1,900 telemarketing seats in seven locations: Warsaw, Poznań, Gdańsk, Katowice, Ciechanów, Tczew and Rawa Mazowiecka.

Since its inception in 1995, the Wirtualna Polska Internet portal has consistently been among the most frequently visited and best-recognised sites on the Internet in Poland. It is a platform for interactive communications, information and electronic transactions. In 2006 it was the second most visited portal in Poland, reaching 67% of the population and featuring Poland's most popular free email account. The same year, Wirtualna Polska launched Internet TV (wptv.wp.pl), the biggest multimedia project to date on the Polish Internet.
